Well i know i have been a bit lazy updating my blog. But i cannot help it. Have some inevitable things to do. But anyways i appreciate that you are taking time to read my blog. I wrote this little story with a play in mind. Enjoy! Edit- Some of my posts are written in Hindi (Indian language). [Scene 1- Mr. Singh is seated at the dining table lost in deep thoughts. His daughter-in-law priya enters the room carrying dinner. ] Priya- Papaji please stop worrying about mummyji. Unka ilaaj toh karva rahe hai na hum log? Mr. Singh- Rehne de beta tu nahi samjhegi. You never will understand what I am going through right now. In fact no one will ever understand. Priya ( placing the dinner tray on the table) – Theek hai Papaji aapko nahi maanna naa sahi. Lekin kam se kam khaana toh kha lijiye. Warna aapke bete aake mujhe phirse sunayenge ki unke papa ka bilkul dhyan nahi rakhti. [Priya stamps her feet and leaves the room murmuring something to herself. Craaaaaaasssssssssh……………… No dears this isn’t the sound of a car crashing. Actually Mr. Purohit ke haath me se chai ka cup gir gaya . Yeh ussi ki aawaz hai. Abhi unki biwi aayegi chillate hue “array ab kya toda aapne……… ajji sunte ho………” aur Mr. Purohit ka stereotyped jawab hoga “nahi behra ho gaya hu”. Every morning Mr. Purohit had the habit of sitting in the balcony and reading his favorite health column in the english newspaper. This morning as usual he was sipping his cup of masala chai when suddenly his eyes fell on the headlines…… “Accident on S. G. Highway……” Yeh padh ke uthe aur chai ka cup gir gaya. “Lata, apne daamadji ki gaadi ka numbe kya hai batana toh zara?” “kyu kya hua. Cup tootnne se gaadi ke number ka kya connection?. Raat ko beer weer chadha ke to nahi aaye na?” “ Apni bewajah ki bakwaas apne paas rakkho. Aur mujhe jaldi batao number kya hai.” “GJ 1BC 2655, ab toh batao kya hua?” “Just look. Paper me aaya hai. S.G Highway pe accident hua hai. Aur gaadi ka number bhi

Well don't get deceived by the name . I am not gonna write a tutorial on "How to use the search engine" LOL. Well i came across this wonderful site which actually pays you to search! Yes its true. This is a very simple story. It may even seem to be a typical bollywood movie story. But i wrote it with a couple of things in mind. I have seen a couple of my friends undergo the bitter agony of a divorce or a breakup. And that phase has been very painful for them. That made me wonder on one thing. have we really lost the importance and meaning of marriage? Love knows no bounds…… So was the case with Suresh….. An intimate glance and he had fallen ill by the arrows of love. “What is wrong Suresh? Are you all right? The boss has been complaining about your performance of late. Your work has deteriorated”. These were the words of Anil, Suresh’s colleague who worked with him in an MNC. Both were sipping coffee in the break and Anil seemed much concerned about Suresh. “Nothing yaar. Frankly speaking i never was really interested in knitting. My grand mom used to show it to me since i was a kid but i wasn't keenly interested ( i regret it deeply now).. I learnt it a bit from my mom and with the help of some wonderful tutorial i have fairly made myself a few things like a sunglass case, cell phone cover etc. I would like to share this wonderful video from youtube here by cyberseams Believe me it isn't really that difficult and once you actually start doing it you will truly enjoy it!

okay. this one's my favorite. For two simple reasons. I get lost in this story everytime i read it. And it literally forces you to tax your brains and open your imagination! Thats what happens to me. Although this may seem to be a very common place title for a story i had a hard time choosing this one. And it seems to be the most appropriate to me. I had this story idea from our very own bollywood movies. LOL. Initially i had written it with the idea of a movie script. Hence the dialogues. Do leave in your comments for this one. The word "Story" is enough to fascinate an eight year old. I really don't know as to who invented the art of story telling but i guess it was a great way to polish the imagination and creativity of children. I can hardly recall having listened to any of those fairy-tale stories although i have a vague memory of reading them! It was just a passing thought when i first thought of making a blog where i could recreate the age-old art of story-telling in my own way. I can fairly say that i have a pretty good imagination power and i wont deny that i do refer to other people for better ideas but i will be duly crediting them for that!
